Refund Policy

Returns

For online purchases, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.


Exchanges & Store Credit

We offer store credit or exchanges for eligible returned items. We do not offer refunds unless an item is faulty.


Special Orders (Important)

Items that are specially sourced or ordered at your request and are not part of our regular stock are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not eligible for store credit.

These items are brought in specifically for you, and by purchasing you agree to these terms.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.


Sale Items

Sale items are non-refundable. Exchanges or store credit may be offered at our discretion.


Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved for a faulty item, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days after we receive the returned item.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item over £50, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time.
